Whistleblowing

In implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 was issued, concerning “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national legal provisions.”

This legislation applies to public bodies and private entities with more than 50 employees, or even with a smaller workforce if a “231” organizational model has been adopted.
